Good products are also about how they are made. We follow the product from the choice of manufacturer and materials to quality control and final delivery.

Good products are also about how they are made.

For TeamPlay, responsible production is about three things: quality, documentation and sustainability.

We want to know where the products come from, how they are made and what requirements apply to the production.

We want to choose good manufacturers and solutions – and be open about what we do.

We know production

Through more than 30 years in sport, textiles and product, we have helped develop and produce products and concepts in large volumes and across several markets. That has taught us one thing: price and design are not enough.

We also need to know who is producing, where the product comes from, what quality we get, and that the manufacturer can document that relevant requirements and standards are followed.

For TeamPlay, responsible production is therefore not something we add at the end. It's part of the job.

We are not just a go-between for the customer and the factory. We have experience in product development, sourcing, production and quality control, and have built up an international network of manufacturers over many years.

We have worked on everything from small special runs to large volumes for established brands and retail.

We don't necessarily choose the cheapest factory. We aim to find the right manufacturer for the right product.

Quality assurance and documentation

When we work directly with production and the factories, the manufacturers must be able to document that they follow the relevant requirements for the product and the market it will be sold in.

The requirements vary from product to product. That's why responsible sourcing is also about knowing what actually needs to be documented for what we're going to produce.

Documentation is not just fine words.

If a factory or product has a particular certification, it must be documentable.

If the customer has their own requirements, we take them into account already when choosing the manufacturer.

Quality is also sustainability

A product that is used for a long time is better than a product that is quickly thrown away.

For us, sustainability is therefore also about something fundamental: making good products that last.

The right material. Good quality. Good function. Good design. And products people want to use.

We don't believe the branded and supporter products of the future are about producing as much as possible.

It's about producing better and smarter.

We can consider production in Norway, Europe or Asia, depending on the product and the need.

Among other things, we look at volume, expertise, price, lead time, materials, transport and which requirements apply to the product.

Some products make most sense to produce close to the market. Others require specialist expertise or larger volumes, and then international production may be the right choice.

The right product. The right manufacturer. The right place.

From factory to finished product

Our work doesn't stop when the order goes to the factory. Depending on the project, TeamPlay can follow up all the way:

For larger productions, testing, inspections or external quality control before the goods are shipped may also be relevant.

The goal is simple: what the customer orders is what the customer receives.

Do you have your own requirements?

Many companies, organisations and clubs have their own requirements for suppliers and products. That's a good thing.

Send us your requirements, and we'll look at product, materials, production location, factory and the necessary documentation before we start.

We won't promise that every product can meet every requirement. But we will be open about what we can document, and help you find the best solution.
